From August 7, 2015 through October 23, 2015, Autodesk is offering Online Rebates for the purchases of eligible:
New perpetual commercial licenses with annual or multi-year Maintenance Subscription.1
New annual, 2-or 3-year Desktop Subscriptions
September 14 − October 23, 2015
All purchases of eligible Desktop Subscriptions made between Sept 14, 2015 and Oct 23, 2015 qualify for the rebate amounts listed in the “going to” column in Table 2 below.
August 7 − September 13, 2015
For purchases of eligible Desktop Subscriptions made between Aug 7, 2015 and Sept 13, 2015, customers must own eligible perpetual licenses of 2005-2015 Autodesk software shown in the “coming from” column in Table 2 below to qualify for rebates.
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PERPETUAL LICENSE ONLINE REBATE
Eligibility: Rebates available to new and existing customers purchasing an eligible product with annual or multi-year Maintenance Subscription (the purchase of a commercial new license of one of the LT portfolio products does not require Maintenance Subscription to be attached). See the list of eligible products and rebate values in Table 1. Customers are eligible to submit all qualified purchases for the published rebate amounts.
Adherence is required to all the Terms and Conditions herein:
1.
Eligible Products must be ordered and invoiced between August 7, 2015, and October 23, 2015 (dates are inclusive);
2.
Go to http://www.autodesk.com/betterwaystobuy2 to complete the online rebate form within 15 days of invoice date or by October 31, 2015, whichever occurs first.
3.
Provide contact information and product purchase information including the Purchase Type, Purchase Date and Invoice or Order Number;
4.
Upload a copy of the Proof of Purchase;
5.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Submit;
6.
Print the on screen confirmation or keep the resulting email;
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DESKTOP SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE REBATE
Eligibility for purchases made Aug 7 − Sept 13, 2015: Rebates available to current customers who own qualifying perpetual 2005-2015 licenses. Each qualifying perpetual license allows for one rebate for an annual or multi-year Desktop Subscription. See the list of eligible products and rebate values in Table 2. Customers are eligible to submit all qualifying purchases for the published rebate amounts. The existing perpetual license will remain active; the new Desktop Subscription is a separate additional entitlement.
Eligibility for purchases made Sept 13 − Oct 23, 2015: Purchase an annual or multi-year Desktop Subscription listed in the “going to” column of Table 2.
Adherence is required to all the Terms and Conditions herein:

2.

Provide serial number of the existing qualifying perpetual license (if redeeming for purchases made Aug 7 - Sept 13, 2015);
5.
Upload a copy of the Proof of Purchase;
6.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Submit;
7.
Print the on screen confirmation or keep the resulting email confirmation for your records
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A clear, legible electronic copy or scan of the original invoice(s), sales receipt(s) or Order Confirmation email(s) for eligible products purchased between August 7, 2015 and October 23, 2015 and include a description of the product purchased, the quantity purchased, price, and the location of purchase. Incomplete or missing information will cause the submission to be disqualified. Purchase orders will not be accepted as proof of license purchase except in cases of third party financing where an invoice is provided by the financing company and it references the corporate or individual end-user.
OTHER OFFERS
The Autodesk Promotion may not be combined with any other Autodesk offer, special pricing or other offers unless otherwise specified in the offer’s T&C. Customers purchasing one or more of the eligible LT portfolio of products may also be eligible for instant savings at the time of purchase. Ask your participating Reseller for details
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
Products must be purchased from Autodesk, an authorized Autodesk reseller, distributor or online store. These rebate promotions are valid in the 50 United States and Canada only; void where prohibited or restricted by law. Commercial and Government customers may participate. Only the Licensee of the qualifying product license may participate and make a submission for the rebate. Autodesk channel partners, resellers, distributors and purchasing agents may not participate in this promotion. Educational (including education-to-commercial transfers) and Personal Learning Licenses are not eligible for this promotion. Major Account discounts may not be combined with this promotion. This promotion is not valid for product licenses purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program. You must be a legal U.S. or Canadian resident, 18 years of age or older to participate.
ANY CLAIMS SUBMITTED MORE THAN FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING THE INVOICE DATE OF THE QUALIFYING PRODUCT PURCHASE OR AFTER OCTOBER 31, 2015 (WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST) WILL BE INELIGIBLE.
DUPLICATE SUBMISSIONS WILL RENDER ALL SUBMISSIONS INELIGIBLE. STRICT AUDITING WILL OCCUR; INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DENIED AND ONLY SUBMISSION CORRECTIONS WITHIN THE QUALIFYING SUBMISSION PERIOD WILL BE RECONSIDERED. BY SUBMITTING YOUR REBATE CLAIM YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) WEEKS FOR PROCESSING OF YOUR REBATE CLAIM.
DISCLAIMERS, NOTICES, MISCELLANEOUS
Please keep copies of all materials for your records. Eligible product licenses may not be returned for refund once the promotional offer form has been submitted. Autodesk is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or mail. Delays in the delivery of Eligible Products by a reseller, regardless of circumstance, will render the customer ineligible pursuant to this program and Autodesk shall not be liable for any such delay or error on the part of the reseller. Without exception, after October 31, 2015, under no circumstance will rebate eligibility be considered, regardless of circumstance, even if the submission would have otherwise qualified. Materials received become the property of Autodesk and will not be returned. This promotion is not transferable or applicable toward future purchases. Multiple entries for the same license will be disqualified.
